 Shoe Trees Are a Must.Jan 19, 2007
These trees equal or surpass in quality any trees I recently have seen on the market. The price is competitive. Several "brands" seem to be of the same basic design. This fact suggests that there may be just one or two factories that make the item. My guess is that indivudual outlets which purchase the tree in quantity simply apply their own label. As advertised, there is a strong and pleasant cedar odor from the trees. They are easy to place in shoes and are relatively sturdy. Negatives: The front-to-rear pressure on the shoe is from the tree's strong spring. I would prefer a shoe tree in which one can adjust the fore-and-aft pressure. There is no adjustment and for that reason I gave them a "4."

These are excellent trees...allow for some slight stretching that do make my shoes easier on my feet, since I work 12 hour shifts in a busy ER.

The cedar shoe trees are just great.
Their shape and smell are just great, better than what I have expected.
They are solid and the metal pieces are well finished.
Any complain about them.
I recommend them broadly.
