This item is excellent for the use of an extended shoehorn. With the spring loaded shoehorn, it does not have a tendency to break and it adjusts to the angle of your foot. It is durable and easy to use.

Item was as advertised though damaged by Fed-Ex in shipment. Vendor imediately shipped another long handled shoehorn and only asked for a picture of the damaged item for their files. Very satified with product and vendor.

The long handle is nice. However after a few months, the horn disconnected from the spring at the end. I had to stick it back in with some glue. The convenience cant be beat, but the quality of construction could have been a little sturdier.
